From the very start, Rowlinson's have been totally committed to ensuring the safety, health and welfare of not just our whole work force but others who may be affected by our developments. Whilst our mandatory responsibilities under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations both as planning supervisors and principal contractor have resulted in an excellent Health and Safety record, we have always striven to improve upon this with the appointment of qualified staff and guidance of specialist Safety Groups.

We are members of construction safety groups who provide qualified safety advisors and regularly undertake safety audits of our site activities to ensure the highest standards are maintained through the implementation of Safe Systems at Work.
